About Us
It's easier to build a child than fix an adult
Founded in 2016, we believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgment. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings and practices at Fitness Boomers, as we focus on helping children to better connect with themselves and their surroundings. We offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help all of our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.

During this part of the session will focus on fine tuning alignment and developing greater awareness of both body, mind and breath. The sessions flows with a storyline of animals and other fun objects. Kids will study and practice different poses each session (up to 15 different poses) and will discuss topics around how to have fun and be happy. Also, being positive, learn to concentrate, positive energy, love and kindness through spirit lifting learning sessions along with learning balance, flexibility of the body in a group setting. We meditate and relax and connect with our breaths at the end.
Middle School Yoga Program
Beautiful You and Powerful Hearts
This uplifting yoga session will focus on fine tuning alignment and developing greater awareness of both body, mind and breath. Kids will study and practice different poses each session (more than 15 different poses) and will discuss topics around how to have fun and be happy, finding inner peace and building strong minds and that are capable of getting through life journey, this will allows them to focus on abilities that they are gifted and be grateful towards everyone including themselves. Also, being positive, learn to concentrate, spreading positive energy around, love and kindness through spirit lifting learning sessions along with learning balance, flexibility of the body in a group setting. Topics we cover,(this varies to each city or each groups)
